Dr. Meer Murtaza began his professional journey at Shifa International Hospital as an internee physiotherapist. Due to his dedication and talent, he was promoted to the role of physiotherapist within just three months. He played a key role in developing the plastic surgery and general surgery rehabilitation teams, successfully treating patients and helping them return to normal life after surgery.

In academia, Dr. Meer Murtaza began as a Lecturer at Isra University, followed by a position as Senior Lecturer at Shifa Tameer-e-Millat University, where he taught Anatomy as a major subject to physical therapy students. He later joined Riphah International University as an Assistant Professor, contributing to one of Pakistan’s top HEC-ranked universities. Continuing his academic leadership, he served as Principal of HBS College of Rehabilitation, where he built a strong academic team and enhanced the college’s physiotherapy program.

With a vision to expand his impact beyond Islamabad, Dr. Meer Murtaza accepted an offer to serve as Head of Department at Mukabbir College, Gujrat. There, he successfully developed and organized a thriving physiotherapy department, which gained widespread recognition within the college.

Fulfilling his long-term goal, Dr. Meer Murtaza returned to Islamabad and launched his own clinical setup in 2021 named SK Physio & Aesthetic Clinic. He currently serves as the CEO and Consultant Physiotherapist, combining his clinical expertise and leadership to provide exceptional care to patients.
